Adam and Kikuchi have become good friends. They hang out when I'm at school. Kikuchi loves to climb down Adam's shirt and is content as can be sitting there. When Adam falls asleep, Kikuchi stands guard. We found out that he loves goldfish. He likes to crack them open with his beak, and will even steal them out of your mouth if he gets the chance. He's maturing a little more. His temperament has calmed significantly and the peach-colored feathers are coming in on his forehead. He is learning to take a bath without completely drenching himself. His preferred bathtub is Adam's water cup. He is learning new things very quickly, which is why all of his cage doors are clipped shut...he can open all of them!

(Adan y Kikuchi son buenos amigos. Siempre estan juntos mientras que estoy en mis clases. A Kikuchi le encanta meterse en la camisa y esta contentisimo alli. Cuando Adan se duerme, Kikuchi se hace el guardia. La fascinan las galletas de peces. Las abre con su pico y trata de sacarlos de tu boca si le da chance. Esta mas maduro ahora. Su caracter se ha calmado y las plumas del color de durazno estan creciendo en la frente. Esta aprendiendo a banarse en el vaso de agua de Adan. Aprende nuevas cosas muy rapido, y por eso, todas las puertas de su jaula estan con candado...el puede abrir todos!)








We finally found Adam a new suit. He had grown out of the other one and it was starting to look funny. We found a great bargain at JCPenney's and found one he liked...with pinstripes of course.

(Por fin encontramos traje dominical para Adan. Habia crecido demasiado y no le quedaba bien el otro. Encontramos un descuento en JCPenney's y encontramos a uno que le gusto...con rayas.)



The snowy weather is starting to turn mushy. We can finally see patches of green on our lawn. I am fascinated with the snowflakes. They look so perfect.

(La temporada de nieve se hace la temporada de aguanieve. Por fin podemos ver algunos pedacitos del cesped. Me fascinan las copas de nieve. Se ven tan perfectos)
